Returns Policy

General Rules for Returns and Exchanges:

• All watches are Quality checked before shipping however If there is a defect in the watch, post purchase, returns are accepted. Else, the sale is considered as Final.

• Exchanges are accepted within a week of purchase for any watch of similar or higher value provided the said watch is in “unworn” condition only.
  
  

Exceptions & Cancellations:

• For watches on Pre-order, if there are any changes in inventory from the
  brand, we have to cancel your order and issue a refund.
  
  

• Refunds are always issued to the original mode of payment.
